Navigation dataDuring their normal operations, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire some personal data transmitted implicitly when using Internet, based on the TCP/IP protocol. This information is not collected to be associated with identified users; but due to its specific nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, enable identification of user navigators themselves. This data category includes “IP addresses” or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the website, URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier) of resources requested, time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the server response status (successful, error or similar) and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment. Please note that that data could be used to ascertain responsibility for computer offences against the website of i-Faber S.p.A., or other websites connected or linked to it: apart from this possibility, web contact data currently lasts for just a few days.

Except for what is specified above concerning simple website navigation data, the user may provide its personal data voluntarily in the single contact forms prepared for specific subjects. In those cases, the user must read the detailed information in each form to know how interested party data and rights are processed. If the forms should include empty spaces to be filled in by the user, please do not enter sensitive data – as defined in art.4, paragraph 1, letter f) of Legislative Decree 196/2003 – because that data cannot be acquired by the Controller without the prior written consent of the interested party so the entire communication might be deleted immediately.
PROVIDING DATA IS OPTIONAL
Personal data is mainly processed automatically for the time strictly needed to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Specific security measures are taken to prevent the loss of data, illegal or incorrect use and unauthorised access. More specifically, if the user is asked for personal data, that data is encrypted using a security technology called Secure Sockets Layer, abbreviated in SSL. SSL technology codifies the information before it is exchanged via Internet between the user’s computer and the i-Faber S.p.A. systems, making it incomprehensible to unauthorised parties and guaranteeing the confidentiality of information transmitted. Moreover, using 'SSL requires a compatible browser that can "exchange" a security key minimum 128 bit long, needed to establish that secure connection.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIESPursuant to art.7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, the parties that the personal data refers to have the right, at any time, to receive confirmation of whether their data is being held or not and to be informed of its origin and content, check it is correct or request that it be integrated or updated, or rectified. Data subjects also have the right to request the cancellation, transformation into an anonymous format, or restriction of any data processed in breach of the law, and object to its being processed, in all cases, for legitimate reasons.
Requests must be sent to the process Manager by e-mail to the address email@example.com or by post to i-Faber S.p.A. Via Livio Cambi, 1 – 20151 Milano.
The information provided here can be updated following:
