For more than 10 years, IFABER has been organizing the Procurement Executive Circle, which was established in 2003 on the initiative of the company and is now the biggest network in Italy of procurement and supply chain executives from a host of leading Italian and international companies.
The mission of the Procurement Executive Circle is to create an open community of professionals from the procurement and supply chain sectors, with numerous opportunities for these professionals to come together, with a view to encouraging the sharing of experiences, creating a productive management culture within the purchasing sector and increasing networking.
This year, on the basis of the awareness that e-procurement plays a crucial role in the digital evolution of our country, IFABER has decided to launch the first edition of the PEC dedicated to Public Administration bodies and utilities companies, with a view to creating an open community of professionals from the procurement and supply chain sectors, with numerous opportunities for these professionals to come together, to encourage the sharing of experiences and best practices and increasing networking.
The event – entitled "E-procurement as a basis for the new welfare state?” – will take place on November 18 in Rome at Palazzo De Carolis. Its aim is to stimulate debate on the importance of e-procurement in the public sphere as a digital evolution tool for managing public expenditure. Ludovica Lardera, CEO of IFABER, will open the event, delivering an overview for participants of the current procurement environment and the future challenges that the Public Administration will face.
For IFABER, a leader in the field of procurement and supply chain solutions and services for the Public Administration and utilities sector, this event serves to confirm the company's desire to help create a culture of purchasing and to support the digitalization of procurement processes.
