Ludovica Lardera, formerly Head of Group Sustainability, is the new CEO of IFABER, a company providing services and solutions for supply chain management.
A subsidiary of UniCredit group, IFABER's shareholders include Salini Impregilo, ERG and Oracle. Lardera replaces Anna Maria Ricco.
After four years working in consulting at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Lardera spent two years in Warsaw helping to create Xelion, a financial advisory services company. In this role, she was responsible for the marketing and sales set-up. Back in Italy, she took on the role of Personal Executive Assistant to the CEO of UniCredit, before working on some of the group's sustainability projects.
After three years at the helm of IFABER, first as General Manager and then as CEO, Anna Maria Ricco moved on to a position as Head of Real Estate Italy at UBIS, the group's global services company, managing a portfolio of real estate assets worth €3 billion.
